It was a hot afternoon, but the town still turns out for the Fort RecoveryJubilee Parade. We had fun participating this year, and even won a "Mayor's Choice" award for our entry. People seemed to like the water we were shaking off our paintbrushes more than the candy. Imagine that.
The committees and volunteers made it another great weekend through lots of dedication and countless hours of planning and work.
Good job!!

St. Baldrick's Benefit Night

There was a lot of hair shed for a good cause at Theinman's. If you notice bald heads around town, chances are you are seeing one of the many participants who collected donations for Kid's Cancer.

Dylan has his 'game face' on during the process.

This is a great hat to keep a bald head warm. Wangler Ace Hardware salutes all who helped with this worthy event!

St. Baldrick's

This Friday evening at Theinman's Sports Bar in Fort Recovery St. Baldrick's annual charity event will take place. Shavees and volunteers can participate in honor or in memory of kids who have fought, or are fighting, cancer. Share some laughs while watching local guys or gals lose their hair for donations to this worthy cause.

Our personal favorite who is going "bald" is Dylan Ranly. Look at the hair this young man will have to shed!
